Introduction

Integrating your TA (Tactical Arbitrage) account with Amazon is vital to ensure current data drives your purchasing decisions. It's the foundation of your business.

By the end of this article, you will know how to:

  • Create a Professional seller account on Amazon

  • Connect your Seller Central Accounts

  • Test if your Seller Central Account is correct

1.  Create a Professional seller account on Amazon

The first step is to create a professional seller account on Amazon (jump to step 2 if you already have a professional seller account).

  • Note: Amazon offers two types of accounts: Individual and Professional.
TA is not fully functional with individual accounts. You need to set up a professional account.

To create an Amazon seller account, click here.

Across the regions

The link you need to create an Amazon Professional Seller account might be different depending on your location.

  1. For global regions and languages, click here. The Amazon Services page displays.

  2. In the top right corner of the page, click on the "Globe Icon". A menu displays.

  3. Select your language. A new page displays.

  4. Click the "Sign Up" button. The Amazon Seller Central page displays.

  5. Start filling in the application to set up an account.

2.  Connect your Seller Central Accounts in TA

The second step is to connect your Amazon professional seller account with TA.

  1. On the Dashboard, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click UPDATE SETTINGS. The Settings page displays.

  2. If not already open, click the "Keys" tab on the top menu. The Key panel displays.

  3. On the left menu, select "Connect to Amazon" and click on "Proceed"

The Amazon Authorization page displays. Select the applicable region to connect your Seller Central Account

Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed with the Authorization

3. Test if your Seller Central Account is correct

Once the authorization is completed, you should be able to see a "Test If Correct" button. Click on it to see your connectivity. If Correct is showing for your chosen marketplace, you are ready to start scanning. (Note that you only need to successfully connect with your specified marketplace)

If it shows Incorrect, please verify if your Amazon Professional Seller Central account is not suspended and not an individual account. If you have recently set up your Professional Seller account, it could take a day or two for AZ to activate your account.

If these steps still do not help your authorization test as correct, Contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.
