Introduction
This article shows you how to add or update information on the Settings: Account panel.
The Account panel has four tabs. Each tab is described below.
1. Opening the account panel
On the dashboard, click SETTINGS. A drop-down menu displays.
2. Click Account on the top menu.
2. Setting profile information
You can add or update personal information in both the Threecolts and Tactical Arbitrage systems.
Your Tactical Arbitrage profile picture and company picture can be updated in the Tactical Arbitrage system by accessing the profile information page:
Profile picture
You can add a personal image. This picture appears in the top right corner of Tactical Arbitrage pages. Images with a 1:1 aspect ratio work best.
Under Profile picture, click UPLOAD. A new window displays
Select an image (less than 2 mb).
Click Open.
Corporate picture
The default Tactical Arbitrage logo can be changed to your own corporate image.
Under Company picture, click UPLOAD. A new window displays
Select an image (less than 2 mb).
Click Open. The logo in the top left corner of the Tactical Arbitrage page changes.
Name and Password
Name and password can be updated in your Threecolts Manager:
Address and Organization
Address and Organization can be updated in your Threecolts organization tab:
3. Updating billing information
In your Tactical Arbitrage Account, click the UPDATE BILLING tab. A page opens in a new tab.
2. Update payment information.
3. Click SAVE.
4. Changing membership
You can change your membership level anytime. Please note that each subscription includes 40,000 scan minutes a month which resets on your monthly billing date (day of purchase if an annual subscription) and additional minutes can be purchased.

To proceed with changing your membership subscription status, please follow the steps below:
Click the CHANGE MEMBERSHIP tab.
A new panel displays membership options, prices, and payment plans:
.To select a new membership level, click the CHANGE PLAN button under the Monthly or Yearly plan column. A page displays in a new tab.
Complete the application details.
5. Resetting the system
Need a fresh start?
Use FACTORY RESET to delete most of your customizations and return the operating system back to its original defaults.
The Reset tool does not delete or change:
search results on View Data pages
Account settings
Profile settings
